This is a relatively new park, mainly occupied by full time workers in the construction industry. Not campers. For full time people with jobs nearby, it is probably great. The park itself in time will probably be nice enough. They are working on improvements like new gravel and concrete slabs with picnic tables. The staff lady was very nice and accommodating. No real problems. The WIFI was pay for what you need. It did allow a 3 hour trial period for free. We had great verizon service so we just used that with a hotspot. The only real downside was the sewer hookups were toward the very front of the site. Plus in our case it was uphill. All campers had to string together multiple sewer hoses to reach.Another is during the weekdays every morning all you hear are diesel trucks starting up and warming up until the people left. The last downside was if you were trying to find it at night you would drive right by. No signage on the road.Typically we stay at Jim Hogg State Park, but it was not open due to winter damage.
