This is a monthly only location. They do require one month up front and a deposit for electricity which you pay the actual usage every month.It is very rural, not many tall trees but trees and brush about as high as your trailer.It is a good long-termish location as we used it to establish our domicile in Texas.They have a good sense of community at this park.It is about 1 hour to drive to Austin. This park is in the hill country.
