Pretty nice, but overpriced for what you get.

We spent Friday and Saturday nights here as the 2020 Corona lockdown was beginning to lift (May 1 & 2).This park is located on the main highway that runs down the Bolivar Peninsula, so the could be road noise near the front. There was some noise in the evening from other campers. The driveway and sites are concrete and flat, and there is a little space between them. Ours was in the rear, so there is more space than most of the others. There are no picnic tables, grills, or fire rings (except the community one next to our site). The grass is well trimmed, and the park is very well maintained, but by Saturday night, the single dumpster was overflowing. At the entrance to the park, there is a very nice community room, with adjacent laundry and showers - exceptional, and more like a residence than an RV park. There is only one men's and one women's. The like-new washers and dryers (2 each) are on the honor system, which is nice, but they charge $5 per load. Because of flooding in this area, these are all on the second floor, along with the pool and office. There is no cable, and connectivity is terrible, but don't blame the park wi-fi: the entire peninsula seems to be fed by one fiber line (cell towers included), so don't attempt to work from here or stream anything.Overall, if you want a nice commercial park near the beach and don't object to the price, you may really enjoy Bolivar RV Resort.

Great proximity to the beach, beautiful views from the rooftop deck and pool. Bathrooms and laundry facilities are top notch. Close proximity to the beach, tho you do have to walk across a highway. Only two downsides, spots are simple concrete pads a bit close to one another and it’s a higher price-point but with that known, we would totally stay here again. It seems like the nicest RV resort on the peninsula. The AT&T LTE network was screaming fast (100 mbs download / 30 mbs upload).
