This park was laid out very nicely. Gave you plenty of space between rigs at least in the space we had. Very friendly staff that is willing to help whenever needed. Full of full timers for the most part with some spots for weekenders. Close to everything in Cedar Park and Austin.
Long term RV park with < 10 spots for non-monthly guests

Nice park, well kept. Not super level. Would have liked a playground.

The RV park is meticulously kept. I saw the managers out picking up trash and sweeping to keep things tidied up. The laundry room looked to be shiny and new and appeared to be clean each time I went in (for packages, not for laundry- we have a washer/dryer in our rig). The spot was a bit off level side to side as most of the park is on a hill. Make sure you bring leveling blocks. Front to back, we had a little slope at the front but our landing gear had plenty of travel.Site utilities were good. 50amp service was solid voltage-wise and sewer took what we gave it with no incident. The water pressure seemed to be a little low but not terrible.I appreciated getting a text the morning of our reservation with the site map and our site #. Though, the park could use a quick redesign of their site map (it appeared to be a WiFi map/construction line drawing). There were a couple of rules that made me raise my eyebrows- sewer hose supports were mandatory and no “Y”s were allowed on water hoses. Talking to the owner, he mentioned that it had something to do with govt regulations.WiFi was available. Free was offered and didn’t support streaming. Faster service was offered at a higher cost. I fully support this model. I had fast service on both AT&T and Verizon. And lastly from a park perspective, I’d like to see a few more amenities such as a playground for the kids and possibly a pool.Overall, I’d gladly come back when we come through Austin again. We did do some touristy things in Austin and the distance wasn’t bad.

My wife washed clothes in the laundry room and said the facility was nice and clean - although it closes at 9pm, which was a little early for us. The lady who checked us in was one of the owners and she was super helpful and friendly. The site seemed mainly filled with full-timers and very few folks passing through, but everything was in good shape, and you could tell they take pride in their facility and were working on improvements to the park itself. We'd stay here again!

I usually make it three or four. Saving the planet and all. She sticks me in a small spot next to the office, nothing fancy but there's a plug so I'm set. A few hours later she walks up and sees I'm on my computer. "Do you want the WiFi?" she asks. "Yeah sure, thanks.""It's free for an hour," she tells me. I realize then that I have to pee. "So, no showers...does that mean no toilets?"It does indeed. Nice place for an RV park though.
