Are you a fishing enthusiast? Angler's RV Retreat is a little piece of paradise down here in Rockport TX a mile from the Gulf. This is our 2nd time visiting this wonderful park. Rates are really low, especially if you are planning to stay for a month like anglers do every year from the midwest who stay for a full season. And the park wifi is blazing fast, usually 40+ mbps, so if you have to work online, you're in the right place. This family owned mom and pop park is beautifully landscaped and serene. Full hookups work great. Owners Dawn and David create a friendly family environment, and even have a dedicated Cornhole area where they have tournaments with their guests. Watch out for Dawn though, I saw her get 4 hole-in-ones in a row. Angler's RV Retreat was awarded the Business of the Month and Member of the Year Award from the local Chamber of Commerce. Whether you like to fish, are here to see their famous Whooping Cranes, or just want a great place to venture out to see Corpus Christi or the Padre Island National Seashore, you'll love Angler's.
