I was looking for a place close to Sneedville to stay for a few days as I explored the area. That's when I came across Andy's RV campground here. Andy started this place last year and after talking with him for awhile, it sounds like he's been continuously working on it to make improvements. I stayed in the spot closest to the road and had full 50 amp hookups and water. It sounds like all other spots have sewer as well.A few important notes that I'd like to share: First, the GPS coordinates mentioned above (at the time of writing) are incorrect. The actual coordinates for the entrance should be much closer to 36.499661846420125, -83.25736140537896 (the coordinates above at the time of writing are for Andy's tent campgrounds across the road). Second, the entrance is a little steeper than I've encountered in the past but certainly manageable, even for my 32" motorhome. I've tried to include photos to show this.Third, I work remotely from my RV and need internet so I'd like to point out that both Verizon and ATT work but aren't great. I was able join conference calls for work throughout the day and watch YouTube in the evenings, but the connections weren't always stable and consistent. Both Verizon and ATT achieved about 4Mbps down and 0.1Mbps up. This might limit things like video calls. I was parked in the spot with the lowest elevation so it's possible my connection could've been better at the higher elevation spots.Andy talked about adding wifi soon, as well as paving the main entrance in the next year or two. He is a very friendly and welcoming park owner who has worked to create this place from nothing (current Google Maps satellite imagery from 2019 still shows a bare field). I was happy to find this place and wish Andy the best of luck in the future!
