We were in site 57 for 4 days in mid September. Very friendly staff. The CG is clean, quiet and well maintained, but the sites are fairly short and narrow. As others have mentioned, tow vehicles usually extend into or are parked partially on the roads through the CG, but the roads are fairly wide throughout the CG. Also, our slides extended well past the concrete pad on both sides, leaving very little room to get around our RV. The sewer connections are not threaded, so you’ll have to weigh down your sewer hose. There is a fair bit of road noise from the highway. There is a nice open area, off leash pen and network of short trails for walking your dog. AT&T coverage was fair, ranging from 2-4 bars of 5G with speeds up to 19 MB/s. The CG WiFi speed varied considerably, from next to useless up to 1 MB/s. We were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site. There were 11 OTA channels to be had with our fixed omni antenna.

There seems to be quite a few permanent residents, which is fine, but the sites are small and close together, so many of the cars/trucks were parked in the street area making it hard to navigate. We had a pull-through and the site was not long enough for both our 27' Airstream and our tow vehicle, so the truck just touched the edge of the site and into the street. The water hookup leaked, while here they had to shut off water for a short while for repairs to the park and then we got an email saying to conserve water and they had restrictions, this was for the whole park, this was in response to the dry weather. We had a problem with sugar ants, mostly on the site not in the TT, but when I mentioned it to a maintenance person he suggested we get some Sevin Spray and spray around the trailer. The trees here all have some sort of spider webs on them and we found a few spiders in our trailer. The park was maintained but the quality of maintenance is okay, but not resort like. The staff was so-so helpful. It's a decent park. You can definitely hear the highway noise.

Yes, the sites are close together, but they are also surrounded by nicely maintained landscaping which makes it feel less like a parking lot with hook-ups and more like a well-thought out place to call home for a few nights. The staff was helpful, the pool inviting, and the laundry room spotless. On the negative side, the crazy bright lights that come on at night on the power pedestals make it feel like a Walmart parking lot, and the road noise is constant. Speaking of the road, as another reviewer pointed out, the main road to get in and out is a very busy 4-lane highway. Making a left is nearly impossible. Be careful! Finally, while this RV park is much farther from I-5 than others, they also don't have silly rules against older RVs (ahem Pheonix RV) which made it the clear choice for us.

Our first night on the road and we needed a place to call home. Lovely, well kept Park with clean facilities. The office folks were very nice. Access into the park was easy but it is a ways off I5 and google maps took us right through Salem - bad navigation on my part!

Concrete is really good to have when rain is in the forecast. They are incredibly close together, though they have managed to squeeze a picnic table into each one. We didn't use any of the facilities. Staff was very friendly. Seems like lots of long termers in here. Though it is down the hill from the road, there is still a lot of road noise. And speaking of the road, wow! 2 lanes in each direction with a turn lane in the middle and heavy traffic running at 60 or better. From this you will make a left or right turn onto a small road down to the park. Not sure how we will make a left turn to get out of here.

They provided $5 breakfast on the weekends, which was really nice to roll out of bed and grab some easy food. The pool area is the cutest ever with the tiki theme. The pool is heated, and the hot tub is really hot, which is nice on a cool and rainy day. If they are looking to improve anything, the playground equipment could use maybe a slide or a climbing wall, but just having swings is awesome because not all parks have anything. Additionally, coming from Salem, the sign is a bit easy to miss and turning around is not easy for most RVers. If it was possible (due to laws) to move the sign or have a bigger sign that would be even better. The only downside was our bike was stolen the last night at the park, but we didn't have it locked up (it was on the mounted bike rack so it would have taken some effort). Jokes on them, the bike was broken. We let park management know in case it wasn't just us, but management can't stop thieves from stealing easy pickings. I just hope it didn't happen to anyone else!TL;DR: Stay here, it's awesome. Lock up your bikes.
