Likely very tight if the place were ever full.Due to low usage grass was growing well so things weren't muddy despite the rainy day. Might soft at times.Yes, there is road noise but paid much for a worse site with more noise.NOTE: Cash or check only!!

There were no other guests in the pull through area so it was very private and quiet. The park is on a road that's somewhat busy at night - not terrible -the traffic noise was moderate. The hostess was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Marietta area. I used the laundry facilities, and all was neat and clean. The park itself is on the Muskingham River, and there are several seasonal sites right on the river. If I were looking for a seasonal site I would consider this park. Really nice people, beautiful setting, and nice town. I don't remember what I paid, but it was around $30. Highly recommend.

The sites are in a grassy hill. We ended up at the top of the hill as it was less muddy than other sites. Ended up with 50 and water. One shower for men and women, one toilet for each and one washer and dryer, that’s it. It’s on the river if you stay at bottom of hill. No WiFi or cable. Just basics for a night or two. By the way, office is at bottom of road to the right which is one way so if you have a hard time backing up easily walk to the office and leave RV.
