If you’re looking for amenities and a high end resort this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a place to call home for the speedway or when visiting family, this is a great spot! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. My site was level and easy to get in and out of. Full time residents were delightful. I was by the office and got some shade as I requested - that def won’t happen during a big race. Will echo lots of political signs but it never came up in conversation or anything (and as an activist on the opposite side we would have had some disagreements). Didn’t have a ton of interaction with staff but always felt welcome and respected. Things were generally quiet. Was able to work without much interruption on their WiFi.

We stayed for 1 night to see a concert next door. The location was perfect for proximity to the event, but everything else was just okay.Arrival was awkward, as you have to stop in the middle of the entrance road & walk between 2 sites to get to the office. Also, they neglected to mention when we called to reserve that they accept cash only, which I thought was pretty unprofessional. The office is also plastered in political campaign banners, which seemed inappropriate as well. Our site was in a field on the property, but was fairly level and had newly added FHU, which was nice. Overall, it did the job for a night at a concert, but I would not stay here for any other reason.
