Full hook-ups for $30 per night (we didn't bother except for electricity) as it was hot in June and cold in mid-November. It's a large area of crushed rock pads with paved roads. The sites are even but with a slight slope to allow for drainage. The sites are quite large and I believe can be either back-in or possibly pull as it's been largely empty during non event days. The one major complaint is the restroom which is a very long walk from the camp ground over to the drag strip. We haven't been in them as we were a late check in and didn't;t have the pass code so we just used the trailer. FWIW, I was told by the office the rate for a major NASCAR event cost $600 for the week. Very easy access off I-85.The overall four star rating is based on convenience and price for a transient stay.
Confirming that price is $30.

As others have stated a fairly utilitarian campground but hard to beat the price for full hook ups. Have not utilize bathhouse so can’t comment. Large sites, easy in and out and close to major highways.

Overall it was pretty good. Depending on the site you can hardly hear the traffic. Cannot beat the price for full hookup. Very large sites and able to navigate pretty well.

Which was fine, what wasn't is the only bath house was like a quarter mile away. And even worse the men's restroom wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there and probably no for awhile before that.Several of the stall were out of tp when we arrived and several toilets were clogged. By the time we left nearly all of the stalls were out of tp and most were clogged.Additionally, the drag strips next to the campground was running trials well after 9pm. The sites were basically a gravel parking lot but that was expected given the location and price.

This is the kind of campground you stay at if you need to be close to the city, don't want to pay a ton for full hook-ups, or are a racing fan. While I can't imagine how horrifically loud it must be here when the races are happening, during our stay it was mostly quiet. I'm awarding it 4 stars based on the fact that it was a good value...moreThis is the kind of campground you stay at if you need to be close to the city, don't want to pay a ton for full hook-ups, or are a racing fan. While I can't imagine how horrifically loud it must be here when the races are happening, during our stay it was mostly quiet. I'm awarding it 4 stars based on the fact that it was a good value, all the hook-ups worked, and the sites were surprisingly large. Other than that, this is basically a parking lot - a parking lot built on a slope so bring your leveling blocks! We didn't use the restrooms so I can't comment on them, but there is a small laundry room with cheap washers and dryers that worked well.
