Beautiful resort and magnificent waterfront site. Sites are well maintained and bathhouses and pools are sparkling clean. Loved having the Price Chopper within walking distance to pick up last minute grocery items. Staff is friendly and helpful. We loved it here so much we booked two more stays this season.
Lovely resort, great location.

Cons –-Lots of rules which we consider to be positive but… you have to purchase special bags from them to put trash in. They inspect the bags to make sure you recycled properly. We found this a bit disturbing.-Expect “resort” pricing.

The resort was immaculate, in a beautiful setting and close to everything from food, drink and tourist attractions of Alexandria Bay.They offered a Friday night wine tasting, a really great food truck, a tiki bar featuring a live band on the deck of the heated pool all right on the St Lawrence where ship quietly drift by. A real treat!

Lots of activities including wine tasting, live entertainment pool side and a delicious fish fry on Friday night! This place was immaculate in every sense- I generally gauge my impression of a campground by the cleanliness and repair Olof the “facilities” (comfort stations) and this place was sparkling!!Beautiful large sites with cement pads, gorgeous views of the St Lawrence, marina with rentals and a pool side tiki bar- a real treat. Minutes to Alexandria Bay and a stones throw from a Price Chopper and liquor store. WiFi was better than most and, added bonus for fellow Canadians, we picked up our own Bell service due to the close proximity to the border!
Gem of a park for Passport America members!

We camp in a Little Rig “Tear Drop” style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower ~ plus we like to eat outdoors using the picnic table and set up our dining canopy for sun and weather protection and thus rely on condition of campgrounds facilities and being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area.We were close to restroom/shower building but was disappointed with layout for a brand new park; only 1 shower stall designed, sized and outfitted for ADA and there was a waiting line to use it. Of course all modern fixtures fiberglass shower stall, tiled floors, fresh painted walls, granite sink counter top etc. Roomy changing area with a bench for seating and rubber floor mat for feet when exit shower. No hooks or shelves for your stuff – none either at community sink area but did have paper towels to help clean up area after use. This definitely is an RV Park – not a campground ~ did not see any tents or dinning canopies. Very new facility just completed 2nd restroom/shower facility at back of park ~ asphalt roadways, cement sidewalks and rv pads; young baby trees so no shade[yet] w/all FUH sites. Lots of space between sites not crowded at all – overall park is well planned and laid out; can handle any size rig w/o problems. Regardless of all the positives – this it is still very expensive $88.00 night and we won’t be back because of price ~ actually overpriced when comparing others and really out of our price range.
