Easy to hook up and maneuver for our 30 foot class C. Would not recommend for any larger rigs as it is a tight squeeze. Walking distance a small strip of shops and very good restaurants and tubing. Restrooms were usable and basic, nothing luxurious. lots ofOptions with a 20-30 minute drive! WiFi only available at store/office
