This little RV park is very clean and if that is your main concern, maybe this is your park. The sites are just way too close together IMHO, with slide outs nearly touching your neighbors. I would not stay here again due to the close proximity of the spaces and thought the price was high. They have cable TV but could not pick up local channels on my antenna. Wifi was 3 bars.
A bit off the beaten path...

The website states this is a small boutique rv park...and it is small. Thats said, it was spotlessly clean, had a nice off leash dog area and the owners were very friendly and helpful. There wi-fi wasn’t very strong but had good cell coverage. We took advantage of stay for two nights get the third free offer so we could take a day trip in the car to Lake Tahoe. We wished we had stayed at Washoe State Park but needed to do laundry and wanted a full hookup. Dayton is almost 12 miles from Carson City and Hwy 395 but easy to get to Virginia City. There is plenty to see and do in the Carson CIty area. Had a great dinner at The San Marco Grill in Carson City and there is a cute Bistro right in Dayton.
