Brought this to her attention, she acted like I was at fault!!! We have been on the road for three weeks and in need of clean clothes, had I seen the rat droppings in her sink, floor and around the washing machine I would have waited!!!! Termite wings, fleas jumping off her many cats, big dog poo in camp area, nasty everything! Ask if she would pay for me to rewash them @$2.00 a load she was very quick to say NO! Then tried to say she did her sheets just before me and I know what ever was in that washing machine had lots of funky hair and a smell that’s not from humans!!!! Tried to talk to her and was shut down and she didn’t care I was upset about the new clothes…ruined!Don’t even go if you can’t handle fleas!!! Everywhere !!!!! Dropping and termite wings flying around the laundry area and outside..Animals made sure to let you know their where about, it’s like a farm going down hill fast

We ended up having to get on 4x4s to level properly. Water pressure is ~15-20psi so after a filter it's virtually none. Water has a funky taste ever after a good filter and smelt like sewage. They do not accept credit cards, regardless of what their website says. Cash/check only. Owner/host not helpful and less than personable. Usable WiFi for Netflix and other video calls. If you to are looking for a quick place to stop with electric and sewer it's not bad. Don't use the water.

It was along my route, but wasn't strategically placed for a nighttime stay for us. But I liked the reviews I saw on another site and submitted it to Campendium, although I hadn't stayed there. Well, after our truck broke down in the little town of Broadus, we were fortunate enough (so I thought) to spend the night at this little gem that had great reviews on another site. I was excited! The park is older, with a few seasonal type campers. Cute, newer cabins available. Owner is a sweetheart and helpful with knowledge of the services in the area. The darkest, unlight polluted skies at night I had seen in a long time! I had forgotten there were so many stars up there!!As my husband is a sensitive sleeper, we opted to boondock back in an area generally reserved for horse people, but further from the road and the intersection of hwy 212 and 59. Didn't help. There is no "jake brake" restriction out there and the beautifully lit up semis liked to used their jake brakes while coming down the hill at the intersection. All,,,,night....long. :(
