We booked here as other surrounding parks were fully booked. This park appears to be intended for private ownership of the lots. There are no facilities other than the full hookup sites, and a trash receptacle. While the flyer intended for selling the lots speaks to a clubhouse, laundry, spa-like bathrooms, and landscaped lots, none were to be found. While other travelers were set up here, there were a number of other semi-permanent occupants. While the sites were large with concrete patios, and good access, maintenance was nonexistent with an overgrowth of weeds. Empty lots were used as dog-walk areas where clean up was also nonexistent and unenforced, so watch your step. The manager was helpful and generally available, but most communication occurred via text. Payment was accepted only by cash or check. WiFI, while advertised was also nonexistent. All of that said, the location of the park is excellent. The YMCA is located across the street. You can walk to town and restaurants. Recreation trails are located nearby, and you are in the heart of the Pioneer Mountains and surrounded by excellent fly fishing. The park met our needs for our visit to the area. It would be an excellent park if and when they can deliver the promise of their flyer.
