Staff was really friendly and helpful. Great, inexpensive place for full hookups near KC. Very good wifi - 76 MBPS down, 20 MBPS up - so different from most RV parks. Nice pull through with big old shade trees. No, it's not fancy and no other amenities, but we didn't come to KC for an RV resort. Some street noise, but its an urban park, so expected it.

This place is pretty run down and in need of work. It’s a place to park your rig and sleep, not to camp. No fire pits, no picnic table. In a sketchy part of town. The people who were working there was very kind and helpful. Never felt unsafe.
