We have the lake view spot, Campsite 12. The ground is fairly leveled. Great view of the marina and Lake Superior. Each campsite has full hookup, a plus. There is a Trading Post nearby (walking distance) where you can get gas/diesel, etc... I recommend this RV Park. Connection: 5G w T-mobile.

The hookups were nice and staff friendly. The area is beautiful. Very close to the National Heritage Center which I very highly recommend. Casino and hotel is decent. The restaurant staff was nice but the food wasn’t all that great...but these are COVID times, so you get what you get. Definitely recommend this place for your Lake Superior tour. They have wifi, but the best strength.

Each site provides plenty of room to set up a gazebo or screened tent to sit outside. Bring mosquito repellent if you plan to have a campfire. There is a laundry facility for RV park guests to use if needed, as well. Nearby attractions include the Grand Portage National Monument, Grand Portage State Park (hiking) and hiking trails to the area high points, Mount Josephine and Mount Rose.

We never heard the highway and the park was dark and quiet at night.Sites are very large as they all just sort of run together in a big field. All are FHUs. We had 50 amp and everything worked well. Use of all casino hotel amenities are included. The best part is the views of the water and the active little bay. Very pretty! We did have a lot of mosquitos here so didn't spend the time outside we would have preferred. They put one picnic table in the middle of three or four sites so I guess whoever wants it and gets it first can drag it to their site. Fire rings at each site.Park WiFi was okay most of the time. Wide open skies for satellite. Restaurant in casino was okay. Nice little convenience store and gas/diesel station on site. Fill up before going into Canada!
Nice and open!

We were parked up on a hill with a great view of the area. When the campground WiFi worked it was awesome, but unfortunately it was a bit spotty. Overall slightly frustrating trying to get things done, but it really is the only spot to stay in town!
