Worked here summer of 2017 as a workamper along with another couple. Beautiful park, about 100 sites that are owned by individual owners (condo assoc). Streets are asphalt paved, sites are concrete and all are at least 50'x100'. Cable TV and internet is included at all sites. Spotless bath / shower house along with heated pool and hot tub. Park is full of towering oak trees and all lots are professionally maintained by golf course staff and all lots are sprinkled so the grass is thick and green. There is a clubhouse with kitchen and big screen tv along with tables for meetings/parties, small library and puzzles to pass the time on a rainy day. There's also a pavilion for picnics and family gatherings. Lake County, MI boasts over 150 small lakes and 47 trout streams including the famous Pere Marquette River. The National North Country Scenic Trail is located within 1 mile of the park. This is a quiet park, mostly folks who come up from the city for the weekend and about 12-15 couples that live here all summer. Often the grandkids come on holiday weekends and have fun playing in the pool or playing sand volleyball or badminton.
