There are a lot of park models in this park and everyone has a golf cart. The bathrooms are completely tiled and beautiful. Security at the gate will show guests to your spot. Rental spots are scattered amongst the park models. Roads are paved and the site had a concrete pad, with full hookups. As there are a lot of snow birds spending the summer in the cooler Michigan air there are activities planned. We stayed in August when they had their Christmas celebration. You can walk to the large lake which has a private beach. Homes are located along the beach. We paid $40 a night which was a little high, but we had not discounts and did not take advantage of weekly or monthly rates. We had good cell phone coverage but no WIFI. They have cable TV but you must have to pay for it because our connection did not work. The TV had plenty of channels to watch. Howell Michigan is 45 minutes from Detroit and there is a lot of things to do and see in the area. We did not leave the park as family lived nearby and visited us. It is big rig friendly! It got a little noisy on Saturday, but otherwise was peaceful.
