We did not use the pump out because it was not convenient to access from our site. The drinking water was murky AFTER it went thru the filter we always use. Started to fill ice trays and after seeing it in the white tray, we quit using it altogether and used the small amount of water we had in our tank from our previous stop. So, all in all, not a good value for the cost. But it is convenient to Sabago lake, so there’s that.

Our campsite was plenty wide and long enough for our 40 foot fifth wheel. A bit tight getting through the campground so I was glad it wasn’t crowded. Lots of trees and a cute little pond. We didn’t use the facilities so can’t comment on those. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring, ours had full hookups. We had plenty of space between the front of our rig and the next site, and could have fit our tow vehicle and another vehicle if needed. WiFi was good. The kids enjoyed the small playground. I can't comment on the store and rec hall because they were closed due to COVID which we expected. Overall we enjoyed this small campground and will be back.

We brought our pups who had a blast! The staff did ask for their vaccine paperwork. So glad we have a special folder that stays in the camper with all of their info. Our 26 foot Trail runner fit easily into spot 36. The campground is within a short drive to Sebago Lake State Park, the town of North Winndham and numerous outdoor activities. It was a little close to the road but given the early season, the noise wasn’t much of an issue. We’d definitely stay again.
