Photos are very old. Pool no longer exists. No amenities outside of coin laundry facility. No Wi-Fi. AT&T can be installed. Not really set up for short time visit. Monthly rate is very high considering the non existent amenities.

We were able to get the last spot available in the park for 7 days while our tow vehicle got repaired. The people in the office were very nice and super accommodating with us staying night to night and even managed to give us more nights than were initially available.The campground is home to many full-time and seasonal residents. ...moreWe were able to get the last spot available in the park for 7 days while our tow vehicle got repaired. The people in the office were very nice and super accommodating with us staying night to night and even managed to give us more nights than were initially available.The campground is home to many full-time and seasonal residents. Some sites are well kept and others not so much.Our campsite was pretty challenging to get into. The guy that escorted us to our site brought us in one way and then we all realized it would be impossible to get in, so we had to back out, drive around the campground and come at it from the opposite direction. The pool is nice and laundry room is nice and clean according to my husband. $1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry.Everyone was very friendly and we were really fortunate that Twelve Oaks was able to accommodate us.
