Staff and guests are very friendly. This is mostly a ‘snowbird’ community of 55+ folks that stay for long periods of time. Some spots have permanent mobile homes, but there are at least 40-50 spots for RV’s. About 15 are on the oceanside. You can’t make reservations, but can usually get a spot depending on the size of your rig. Full hookups on all sites as far as I can tell. No wifi unless you sign up with a cable or satellite company. There is a coin laundry room and dryers or you can hang laundry if you have clips and there is room on the lines. I love that it is so close to the ocean and the guests will chat if you want or just wave.
