Price does not include electricity, as all weekly and monthly rates do not. Very friendly owners and well run park. Almost everyone seemed to be seasonal and were also very friendly. The sites were much tighter than I anticipated and also not very long. Water pressure was pretty awful. Its pretty remote which is nice for noise, and its about 25 minutes to get into the nearest town. Park is right on a canal with decent fishing, but its a main passageway from the Atlantic to the Gulf so I understand it can be crowded with very large boats during certain times. I was able to launch my kayak right from the park, but beware the alligators (and manatees if you're scared of them...)Overall the price is reasonable and its a nice, friendly, quiet place so I'd probably return. Had solid speeds with ATT on the Peplink router.
Crowded but quiet.

Typical winter haven for snowbirds. Many permanent dwellings. Managment are accomodating and very friendly. Well run campground with activities for the retired crowd. Community building, bath house w/clean showers. On sit laundry, well kept pool and game room. The usual canals for fishing, boating and gator watching. Wifi is accessable in the common building. Overall fun place to squat for a week. A pleasant break after boondocking for three weeks.
