Scouted the location for future use.Camping area has 13 full hookup sites and a bathhouse. All RVs present seemed to be long term residents. Large rigs present but area is very tight. No privacy between sites and sites are close together. Each had a picnic table.Right off highway 285 so noise is expected. We had 5 bars of Verizon 4G
