Really enjoyed this place. Electric hookups in the partial section were 2 separate 20amp plugs, not shared. Very clean restroom and shower facilities. Beautiful views of West Spanish Peak and surrounding areas. You can get wifi service by the restaurant. Was able to facebook call my daughter to check in but no cell service at all. It did get a little noisy on 1 of the 4 nights we were there, but overall was a positive experience.

Bad management. The “partial service” spots are packed in a back up-graded lot with lots of people. Our experience was horrible and included week, lots of cursing close neighbors, over-crowded neighbors- no one to help after hours, no cell phone reception and the “electric” being a shared 15amp plug for me and the neighbor. Also- they charge to use dump station. This place is naturally beautiful but so horribly managed that we left 1 night into our 3 day stay. Do not bring your kids. We feared even asking neighbors to turn down music because of no help, no cell service- if things went sideways- it would have been catastrophic.
