We showed up early in the day hoping we could check in early and they were very accommodating. Each site has electric and water plus a small picnic area. No privacy to speak of but it's not a large property. You do need to use the dumps station in town. Showers were very clean and updated. They have the best wifi of any campground we stayed at this year. It was pricey but worth it.

Sites are indeed close together and not having sewage hookup is not ideal for extended stays yet we can’t say enough good about CB RV Resort. Everything was really clean. The showers and restroom in particular (we usually don’t use the public facilities yet without sewage hookup that’s a necessity) we’re spotless and water pressure was perfect. The public dump site at the top of town was convenient enough for the occasional dump run. There is apparently talk in town to close it which would be a challenge - believe they committed to keep it open through the 2022 season. Great MTB trails straight from the CG. CB is really a mountain bikers dream and sending it down #401 surrounded by the most amazing wildflowers is nothing short of epic. Great job to CB RV resort. We will be back next summer… (oh: must try Secret Stash Pizza in town…)

Very nice grassy area with games and grills and a couple chairs to take in the awesome views. Nice bathroom facilities that were pretty clean. Everyone was friendly and no one was up late partying. Dogs are allowed and have a little designated area to play but they can't go on some of the nice grass patches (probably why they're still lush.)Nightly rate was a bit steep but we had a long weekend here and it was such a nice getaway! Lots of beautiful hikes near by, got to do a little offroading, and it's hard not to love Crested Butte!Would definitely recommend! There is WiFi but it didn't reach our site very well. Verizon LTE was fairly consistent though. Couldn't get any TV channels on the antenna... Could be user error though, I'm not super familiar with our antenna yet. Electric and water hookups but no sewer. There's a station 2 miles away in town. Haven't used it yet but don't think it'll be much of an issue.

Wifi dropped very often which was annoying whe trying to work from the park. Still a good stay close to CB.

The office has very limited hours (something like 9 - 11am) and luckily I didn't need to engage with them for any reason. We drove in, found our spot and set up. Quiet location and relatively close to town. There was 1 set of rooms for women and 1 for men, separate toilet from shower space. They were adequately clean, but used heavily. Nice common area for picnicking, bon fires, and play area for kids. Electric and water service only for a rather pricy fee. There were a lot of rules about refunds, what you could and couldn't do, etc....felt stiff and inflexible - which was in direct contrast to never seeing anyone involved with the campground. I'd go again due to proximity to town, but there are other options not too far away that are also compelling to use.

Its outside of crested butte and nothing is nearby, you are a short bike away from town (3 miles). The bathrooms and showers were disappointing,. They were not cleaned each day and the showers had mildew in them. It wasnt nice and i tried the showers twice in hopes that my first experience was just a fluke, nope same terrible state the second go around. The bathroom (it is separate from the showers) had no hot water to wash your hands. The Internet was bad but that seems to be a common experience at rv parks.Overall we enjoyed Crested Butte but we will probably find another RV park further out. This one isnt all that close to town and the facilities were kind of gross and you pay quite a premium to stay here. Value isnt here.

I guess when you are the only game in town, you can charge what you want.Overall, I was happy here. It has a good energy. The other campers were considerate and friendly. The owners were super helpful and nice.

The owners were onsite and very helpful. The bathroom and showers were spotless and new. We were on the river which is private but you can buy a pass from Kevin (owner) and fish it. Firewood is supplied for a fire in a beautiful common area that is equipped with a bbq and tables. This area is next to the river. We rode our bikes from the campground into town. Great town, jeep trails and hiking trails. Great location! Only drawback is there is no sewer hook-ups. There is a truck that will come in and pump you out for a fee. We drove to the public dump station, just up the road in town, the day we were leaving and dumped for $10.00. We would go here again without hesitation!

Overall I recommend it but there are two things holding back a 5 star review. The first is lack of a sewer connections and the second is the price. I understand that there are regulations and with the water close by it is difficult to provide a sewer connection but that is where the second issue of price comes into the picture. It is a bit high for a gravel spot that does not include sewer hookups. There are many great things here and you are close to town. The owners (Kevin and Cari) are always wonderful and great to ask for advice on activities. Weekends they will have a bon fire and it is a great time to meet other campers. If you are there in June and maybe early July ask about doing a float on the river that will bring you right back to your campsite.Onsite bathrooms and showers will help you extend the tank use in order to assist with the lack of sewer hookups and with the location so close to town and hiking/biking opportunities this is a great place to stay.
