We have been coming to the River for 20 years and specifically to Sundance for the last 6 years, give or take.5 years ago I would have recommended Sundance RV without a second's thought. We had a spot with Sundance, riverfront, for 3 years with zero complaints. Over the last several years, though, the place has become a complete crapshoot. Not because of location - the location is great. Bathrooms - typically very cleanPrices - expensive but if you are wanting a quality experience, it used to be worth the price. There are three reasons why you should consider NOT giving Sundance your business, today:1. Their customer service is horrendous2. The location is no longer safe with a family3. They over-charge and even fraudulently make charges on your account. The management and staff are absolutely horrific. Not only do they treat you like second class citizens, but they over-charge without documentation and can't keep their documents straight to save their lives.Try to get a pizza or beer at the restaurant - you will be treated like you are burden.Be aware if you schedule a spot - we have shown up when we were supposed to have been spotted and after a 5 hour drive been told - NOPE, we didn't have it on the schedule (even though we called the week before to confirm). Then they tried to charge us several months later for that exact event - when we had to go stay in a hotel and drive home the next day because they didn't have another spot available.....Now...let's talk about the people they let come into the site. The last time we were spotted and stayed (we typically stay for 30 days at a time when we come).....the neighboring people were blaring their music well into the night (I'm talking 1am), when we asked the neighbors to turn it down, there was almost a physical altercation (we are in our 50's - they were in their mid-20s - early 30s)....we asked for Sundance to assist if there were issues the next day and they pretty much told us to pound sand. This place has really gone to hell in a handbasket.I would highly advise going to Havasu Springs Resort over this place.

Nice RV campground along the Colorado river. Our site was on the river , which can be very busy with boat traffic . There is quite a current in the river , so be careful if not a good swimmer. BLM land across the street for good off-road riding . You can ride from your camp spot. Water taxi will take you across the river to Pirates Den...moreNice RV campground along the Colorado river. That being said, this is a greatly little resort. Our site was right on the water with little stairs leading down a couple feet to the beach. You can anchor your boat or jet ski right in front of your camper making it very convenient. The view is fantastic from your camper at all times of the day. Really enjoyed looking at the lights reflect off the water from the Pirate place across the river. Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Better book well in advance because this place will get busy quickly!
